Starting with The David Kinch experience, we received the famous Michelin star chef, David Kinch. From the moment he set foot in the stunning surroundings of Eden Roc Cap Cana, his passion for gastronomy and his innovative approach to cooking came alive. WORLD RELAIS & CHATEAUX OCEAN’S DAY DINNER

Relais & Châteaux celebrated UN-recognised World Oceans Day for the 6th consecutive year. The 8th of June of 2023, at Cliveden House, our Culinary Director, Adriano Venturini, along with the chefs, Chris Hannon, Danni barry, Dominic Lochau, Alexandre Gauthier and Jordan Denning unpacked the myths surrounding fish calendars with a one-of-a-kind menu honoring sustainable seafood in the special Relais & Châteaux ocean Day Dinner.
