Culinary Collaborations with Iconic Restaurants and Hotels Around the World

Eden Roc Cap Cana, a culinary mecca of the Dominican Republic is elevating its dining experience by partnering with the most quintessential hotels and their culinary teams. Launching this month, Delicious Journey at Eden Roc Cap Cana will kick off a collaboration with the iconic Hotel Santa Caterina which will bring the best Amalfi dishes to the Caribbean and Eden Roc Cap Cana’s oceanside restaurants.

Adriano Venturini, Culinary Director of Eden Roc Cap Cana will be joined by Michelin- Starred Executive Chef of the Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi, Giuseppe Stanzione to headline a series of special dining experiences including an Amalfi Gala menu and several four-hand dinners. The menu combines chef Stanzione’s innovative Mediterranean dishes with Venturini’s local Caribbean flair – which will be showcased in the premiere fine dining restaurant, Mediterraneo from Jan 31 – Feb 7.

Honoring the best chefs of the era and merging culinary flavors from corners of the world, Delicious Journey aims to deliver new sets of ingredients, cooking techniques and kitchen challenges for dishes that go beyond cultural boundaries. Delicious Journey will continue with a partnership from Grand Hotel Quisisana’s culinary team and Executive Chef Stefano Mazzone. Chef Mazzone will bring his known culinary experimentation and creativity to Eden Roc Cap Cana to collaborate on a signature Capri menu with Chef Venturini starting Feb 7 – 15. Throughout the year, Eden Roc Cap Cana’s Delicious Journey will continue with The Point, and other respected properties from around the globe.
