Our meeting planner will work directly with you to mold your vision into a successful event or conference. From the initial planning phase to on-site supervision, your personal planner will handle every detail, from preparing menus to setting up activities to overseeing AV needs, so you can completely focus on your clients or staff.

A range of event venues are available for meetings, cocktail parties or private dinners, all conceived to reflect the inspirational beauty of Cap Cana. And we’ll arrange for any equipment you may need, including video conferencing, LCD projector with screen, TVs and DVD, VCD and CD players. Our goal is to make your event a monumental success.
Additional charges apply for select equipment rental.

10-15 Rooms
- Use of Meeting Room during the entire group stay at no additional cost.

16-20 Rooms
- Use of Meeting Room during the group’s entire stay at no additional cost.
- 1 VIP Welcome Amenity.
- Complimentary Welcome Cocktail Reception on the second night of your stay, with a selection of Cold Canapés and Tropical Cocktails at the outdoor location of your choice. Any additional set-up and/or décor would not be included.
