- Delight each customer with a unique experience, ambience and service at the beach/pool areas.
- Assure profitability of the Bach Club and work as a team with Reception, Marketing and F&B to increase sales.
- Train, develop and manage beach staff with passion for fine service and high quality standards.
Qualifications
- Energetic, customer oriented, hands-on person with great drive, innovation and team commitment.
- Five stars experience with background in service.
- Full bilingual. English and Spanish. Other languages will be a great asset.
