About “Gifts from the Pacific” with Chef Justin Cogley

Inspired by the ocean and its bounty, BLUE Grill + Bar at Eden Roc at Cap Cana will feature Nikkei and Robatayaki cuisine. Our newest restaurant became the host for the first culinary exchange weekend from 2017, last January 14th; with the visit of renowned American Chef Justin Cogley from L’Auberge Carmel in California. An intimate and sophisticate event, accompanied by an exclusive wine paring from the Vineyards of Galante Family. An exquisite menu designed to evoke the most intimate sensations which showed dishes specially created for this unforgettable evening, like Oysters pickled in sea water with caviar and Mahi Mahi wrapped in mushrooms and bathed in golden butter and carrot. “Gifts from the Pacific” Dinner,  catched the attention of local and foreign personalities, who could appreciate and enjoy new culinary experience in its entire splendor.
