On 2 April, 2016 The Grand Dinner is celebrated with the talented Chef Jacob Jasinski from Ocean House – Rhode Island, who will be immersed in the kitchen of the authentic Mediterraneo Restaurant to celebrate a dinner inspired by spring season with Eden Roc’s own chef Gianluca Re Fraschini.
Jacob Jasinski says “My objective is to create an experience that conveys a sense of place in a classic restaurant setting utilizing all the ingredients the area has to offer at their peak freshness.”
