Each winter season, Onda will spotlight a new culinary mastermind, and for the inaugural season, we are honored to be the first guests to showcase the creations of our own Culinary Director, Adriano Venturini.
This collaboration reflects our ongoing commitment to sharing the flavors and spirit of Eden Roc Cap Cana with a broader audience. By bringing natural Caribbean-inspired dishes, crafted with the freshest ingredients, we aim to offer an extraordinary culinary experience that combines the essence of our resort with an exclusive international setting.
Guests at Onda can enjoy a stunning oceanfront atmosphere while savoring natural Caribbean-inspired dishes such as Langosta al Coco, poached Maine lobster with creamy coconut sauce, Dominican rice, and caviar, or Pescado Boca Chica, deep-fried whole snapper with fried plantains, pickled cubanelle and red onion slaw, avocado salsa verde, tostones, and lime.
