In line with the Relais & Châteaux sustainability ethos, Eden Roc Cap Cana selects suppliers and products that adhere to environmental standards and local laws and regulations.
Led by culinary director Adriano Venturini, our culinary philosophy avoids endangered species, respects the mating seasons of sea creatures, and prioritizes ingredients from accredited companies known for their environmental stewardship.
The vast majority of our fruits and vegetables are sourced from local producers in Constanza and Jarabacoa — supporting mountain communities while ensuring the freshest produce.
