Cats receive a comfortable bed, litter box, fun toys, welcome treats, and drink/food bowls.
To keep pets and guests happy, the following guidelines have been put in place:
- Pets are welcome in all food and beverage outlets.
- Pets should always be kept on a leash.
- Parents should pick up any “deposits” left by their pets.
- Pets are not allowed in the spa and fitness facilities.
- Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors.
- A supplement fee of one nightly rate will be charged in case of damages.
Travel Requirements for traveling to the Dominican Republic with your pet
Animals must be accompanied by a health certificate issued and signed by a veterinarian. This certificate must be countersigned and stamped by an official veterinarian at the port of shipment.
The certificate must contain the name and address of the companion in the Dominican Republic and the complete identification of the animal (name, breed, sex, color, date of birth, microchip and/or tattoo).
Puppies must have received the Rabies vaccine at least 120 days after birth (4 months to 12 weeks) and wait 30 days after the application to travel.
