As the fall semester ramps up, school district reopening plans continue to morph. Will they have students in the classroom full time for face-to-face in-person instruction with social distancing rules? Or will the school day be spent online learning via Zoom? And just when parents get used to the new normal, someone tests positive for coronavirus and everything changes.
