The menu of Mediterraneo Restaurant, which changes seasonally to take advantage of the local growing season, blends fresh seafood and meats, regional produce and artisanal specialities flown in from Europe to create a supreme dining experience for those who enjoy the nuances of fine dining.
Complementing the menu is the restaurant’s uniquely alluring ambiance, which combines the subtle elegance of classic European luxury with the bold colors and textures of the Caribbean. For alfresco dining, the restaurant has a charming terrace area overlooking the pool and lush greenery outside.

BLUE GRILL + BAR
BLUE allows a unique vantage point on the preparations by our international Chefs in the special show kitchen as the sea’s freshest catch and finest meat cuts are turned into exquisite and flavorful creative dishes and grilled delicacies.
For lunch, enjoy the option for more casual fare from the restaurant’s poolside rotisserie and authentic pizza by our Neapolitan pizzaiolo as you relax on the stunning terrace with views of the pool and sea beyond.
In addition to dinner, the restaurant serves breakfast daily. The extensive breakfast buffet spread includes traditional continental offerings and local staples. Guests can also enjoy a delectable Sunday Brunch.

LA PALAPA
At La Palapa, the freshest fish and seafood is expertly prepared and can be enjoyed as sushi, savored as ceviche, or paired with sumptuous handmade gnocchi and homemade pasta. A sophisticated fusion approach that blends Mediterranean favorites with traditional Caribbean cuisine rounds out the restaurant’s refined offerings.
The restaurant’s surroundings set the relaxed, chic ambiance, making the most of its beachside location with seating available over the water and in an open sided pavilion complete with a namesake palapa roof.

Recently appointed as Executive Chef & Culinary Director, Adriano Venturini has a strong background in luxury establishments including Michelin starred restaurants in the United Kingdom and Italy and a variety of high-end hotel restaurants, the Italian gourmet brings to Eden Roc Cap Cana a wealth of experience and passion – especially around sustainability.
Combining creativity, experience, passion and knowledge, the new Culinary Director plans to introduce a new open kitchen so guests can see how food is made, and this open kitchen policy will extend beyond the literal, as Venturini aims for this concept to apply to open communication within the kitchen, too. He aims to foster a positive environment and policies that look after his staff’s mental health and well-being.
The Chef also focuses on bringing in new modern food techniques which put presentation at the forefront.
